Heidi Montag admitted that the young actress is already addicted to plastic surgeries and by that agree to have 10 plastic surgeries all in one day.

“For the past three years, I’ve thought about what to have done,” the reality star confessed. “I’m beyond obsessed.”

 “I woke up, and it was like Christmas: I was a nervous wreck, but I was just so excited at the same time. Spencer said, “I’m so proud of you.” It was like he was wishing me well off to school: “Love you! Bye!” But surgery is a very big deal. Right before I went in, I was like, What if I don’t wake up? Oh, this is scary. Then I thought, I don’t care. If I don’t wake up, it’s worth it. I just wanted it so badly.”

“I’ve always been very insecure about my body. My whole life, I looked at my chest and was like, OK, they’re going to grow. This is my year! And it never happened. I was less than an A-cup. I wore pushup bras, which cut into my skin. If I was with a guy and there was a girl next to me with big boobs, I would be like, Oh, my God, he’s looking at her! On the beach, if I was standing next to a girl with big boobs, I’d be like, I hate her! I hated my nose too. I have my dad’s nose, which is huge. It took up so much of my face, when I looked down, I could see my nose. I couldn’t get away from it!” Heidi said.

She explains her unending quest for perfection:

I was made fun of when I was younger, and so I had insecurities, especially after I moved to L.A. People said I had a "Jay Leno chin"; they'd circle it on blogs and say nasty things. It bothered me. And when I watched myself on The Hills, my ears would be sticking out likle Dumbo! I just wanted to feel more confident and look in the mirror and be like, "Whoa! That's me!" I was an ugly duckling before.

Heidi was no stranger to surgery - by the time she was 21, Heidi had already had a nose job, collagen lip injections, and implants that turned her A-cups into 32-Cs.

Once she said :

'I love my body. I still feel a little fragile, but I've never felt more beautiful and sexier. I didn't know I could have this much confidence.

 'I see an upgraded version of me. It's a new face and a new energy. It's a new person and I feel like almost all of the things I didn't want to be and who I turned into kind of got chiseled away. So I'm very excited for the world to see the new me and a real me.'

She admitted that in recovery:

'the pain was everywhere', adding: 'My head felt like it had a jackhammer on it. I couldn't talk because of my jaw and chin... I was like, "I wanna die right now. I'm in so much pain. I don't know what to do".'

Some of  her own co-stars has expressed their views towards her 10 Plastic Surgery in a day.

Lo Bosworth, who also appears in The Hills, said: 'I hope that girls don't read the article, look at the decisions that Heidi made, and think that's normal.'

Meanwhile, actress Emily Rossum said she was 'upset [to see] a young women in the spotlight advocating plastic surgery.'

Though she has expressed her desire to have more plastic surgery, Heidi Montag won't be going under the knife any time soon.

"I legally can't right now. The size limit for breast implants is 800cc and I have 700cc,"


"I think I've reached the point where I can stop," she added. "I think I'm good for awhile. I'm surger-ied out."

Despite her obsession with her looks, Montag, who famously underwent 10 procedures in one day, denied claims that she is addicted to surgery.

"I don't think I am addicted," the 23-year-old reality star claimed. "When you're addicted, you have to do it every day, and thank God I don't do it everyday. I like to do it all in one day ... knock it out."

"It's excruciating," she said of her recovery. "but beauty is pain."

She also revealed that she had a "back scoop" the day she got ten different procedures, but she's not sure exactly what it is.

"I actually didn't know," she said. "I might be the first one to try it. It carves out your back a little bit." Heidi also "had my waist cinched in on both sides."

Heidi says she is happy with her new body, but there are certain things she can't do any longer. Jogging, for one, since her breasts are "E or F" depending on the bra. Also, hugging.

"I'm very weird about hugging people now -- [my body] is very fragile," she said.
